Well, I'm afraid I probably was not clear enough. I meant in terms of frequency, availability, and variety that Pokerstars tops all other sites for tournies and SNGs.
For Bonus whoring purposes, it's behind Bodog. Bodog gives you 6 points for every dollar in tourney fees you play. Since it takes 3 points to clear $1 in bonus, they are giving you a discount on tourney entry fees.
So.... Technically speaking Bodog is the best for tourney whoring. But Pokerstars is the best site for tournies in general.
