Well Loke - on the other hand...

As has been estimated in this thread earlier, if say 40% (or really, whatever significant portion) of players at Interpoker $1/2 tables were there earning a bonus (which has been stated as the reason why they loose money on the old offer) - and the bonus structure changes enough to get rid of all the whores...

Sure - they might find an offer to reward only the loyal customers, but the other benefit of offering bonuses (even whoreable ones) is that it attracts players. Not all of those players may be profitable for the site, but at the very least they offer the "other" players someone to play against.

I doubt Interpoker would be thrilled to only keep the "loyal customers" and get rid of all the whores, if that means there are hardly any tables going ... that would drive the loyal ones away as well, perhaps.

That said, for sites that are part of a network like Party/Crypto, this is not as big of a deal. As long as some of the Crypto sites offer good bonuses, they will have the added traffic that consists of bonus whores - providing opponents and running games for players at any skin. But the less Crypto sites that are worth whoring, the less time whores will spend there, and the emptier it will get.

So it may not be a pure 100% win for a site to get rid of whores.
