You need to register an account with each site but use the same alias across the network. When you log in for the first time at a new Prima poker room, it will prompt you to confirm your nickname from wherever you previously registered. Make sure it is correct - some players on shared computers have reported the wrong one coming up, in which case there's a "This is not my alias" link or something along those lines.
