here is a copy of that email......i think it is a trap to close accts or to require you to fill out that prefer player application.......i got an email saying my acct is close and there was an attachment with a list of the people that i had referred to empire....so far they are withhold my $500 (my deposite for the aug reload bonus) unless i fill out that prefer player application and send it in with government id.....
