I am one of the founders of BayouPoker.com and I wanted to try and address any questions anyone may have on the site as well as give you guys some insight on who we are.

The site is indeed new. We actually are not a direct affiliate of pokerroom.com. We are a sub of another company. The reason it appears we are a direct affiliate of pokerroom.com is because we are on "The Poker Network" with pokerroom and we all use the "Ongame" software system. http://pokernetwork.co.uk/

We are working diligently to offer the download version and hope to offer it in the next few months. We are also trying to work a deal so we can offer cell phone play.

We are really working hard to try and address all comments and concerns, and I personally am spending a great deal of time to "quality control" the support system. I get online everyday and act as a player and ask support as many questions as I can. Since the Network uses the same company for support, we are working with them to be sure they understand our individual needs and offerings so all questions can be answered properly. I can assure you that I personally will do all I can to be sure everyone that plays on the site is taken care of and that suggestions, comments, and problems are addressed. We spent over 1.5 years putting together business and marketing plans, researched customer needs and many other issues before we even released the site, so it is not a "fly by night". Much time, thought and $$$ has been invested.

Anyway, I see a number of questions about payouts etc. but I?m not sure if they were specific questions related to bayoupoker or the network. If anyone has any questions about us, I will answer them for you. I?m not here to "advertise" the site, I just want to be sure all questions are properly addressed. I hope you would give us an opportunity,but you should play where you are most comfortable and there are certainly many good site out ther. I am always personally available via email to anyone at anytime. I am also CC'd on emails sent to support, but I am only CC'd on live support if the log is saved after the support session.
