You can use IGMPay as long as you have a US based bank account. EPASS may be easier since you should be able to load it using your Visa card issued by a UK bank. Either method should work fine for the monthly reloads. Join the party skin first. They have step by step instructions on what you need to do to deposit using either method. There are many threads on using IGMPay and EPASS, I'd suggest you read some of them and you'll learn more than you probably want on either method. No one is going to hand you a step by step and one shouldn't really be necessary.
