If you haven't logged back in at all since your cashout, you should definately go back to check if they money has bounced back to your Expekt account. I believe it was at some Prima site (maybe Expekt?) that people reported problems with cashing out the entire balance in their accounts. It appeared to work, only to end back up in the account after a day or so.

Contacting support I believe they were told to leave something (even if only a cent) in the account when cashing out. Worth a shot.
