Well, even playing under the old system, bonus cleared lot faster at mid limit than small limit. From what I can estimate, 3/6 and above shouldn't be affected. Even 2/4 could be fine, as long as pot size remain large enough that the change in rake structure doesn't eat into the profit. It seems to me that the new rake structure seems to take less out on pot of certain size while it becomes as much as 10% on smaller pots, at least for limit. Anyway, I think I am going to keep track of how much I pay in rake during my next whore stint a pokerroom, since although my clearance rate should be about the same, I am more concerned about the change in the rake system.
Why wouldnt it be affected? Instead of 7x, its now 12x. |
