I clicked on "Show Complete Reload History" on the Stars site page. Then again, I just noticed that was just since 1/04, so they might have more bonuses before then.

EDIT: Looking at your bonus history and comparing it to that table, the "complete reload history" missed the One Billionth Hand bonus, so that makes 13.

Nice catch, trout. My guess is that was actually before the Reload History actually on the website and we probably just missed that one. Thanks!
