To answer your question just look around. You won't find any affiliates openly advertising rakeback. If they are they won't be for long. Party doesn't appear to be changing their anti-rakeback stance. Even if you find someone offering it quietly and they are getting away with it Party could turn off the ability to see individual trackers at any time. If an affiliate tells you Party won't do that they are full of it. They just want to hurry up and get you signed up under them. If the tracker stats get turned off the only one screwed is you.
