Thanks for the quick reply, but the site in question was poker room. Maybe you just mis-typed the wrong name above. Hoepfully it was poker room you are talking about. I emailed them twice since i posted this and still no reply back from them, other than an automated email saying they will get back with me. Thanks for your efforts on this though, its appreciated.

They are both on the same network (poker network). I am pretty sure it isn't an issue.
