Tonight I re-re-submitted my contention and evidence that I was a genuine player that had met the T & C's of the New Year's Bonus Chips promotion.

They have credited my account the bonus $50 and provided an explanation of their bonus policy.

I am pleased that they have awarded this bonus.
And in that I was probably the very tightest of the tight but genuine players affected, anyone else who has yet not been paid might re request.

Though I don't know if I originally signed up at bet365 thru Bonus Whores, Thanks To BW administrators and members for helping to explain and resolve this issue for all players concerned.

In over five years of playing online poker, NO poker site has failed to deliver on their promises.

bet365 has delivered on their promise to me. (with a slight delay)
