The prima counter says over 500....when i wrote to ask...

The raked hands count on the site does not split up hands that qualify and hands that do not qualify it purely only shows a total of every hand played. There are very specific wagering requirements for the bonus and we get a spreadsheet everyday confirming the amount of qualifying hands each player has reached. So far you have reached 18.

I agree that have played a large amount of raked hands however unfortunatelyÂ only 18 of them qualify towards the wagering requirements for the bonus which is why the automatic bonus has not been added.
