Don't know if this has been mentioned before but if you go into the Cashier within the software and check the My Account section, the BetFred Points balance always seems to be exactly 3X the number of raked hands that support tells me I have played.

So it appears that 1 raked hand = 3 BetFred points. So when you hit 7500 BetFred points, you should have cleared the full $250 bonus. Could save some people a lot of support email trying to find out where they are at with the bonus.
