At the bottom of the page on payrise is this:

I might try emailing and asking for a better rakeback, try and play the affiliates off against each other. If a few of us do it it might work

As it stands I think the code poker deal is pretty sweet, I know I generally pull about $1k for 5k hands on prima, so at worst it'd be a 10x with rakeback - not so shabby for when the bonus field is runing dry.
