Man id be pissed if i lost 800 euros worth of bonuses + fees cos of 1 or 2 morons who broke the cardinal rule of whoring- dont email CS about unadvertised bonuses....
On the other hand, those people were concerned that they might lose 800 euros worth of bonuses when their accounts were locked as happened on another B2B network. Mind you, I didn't email, but I see where they're coming from.

What would be even worse than losing 800 in bonus is playing 5000 hands to get there and have it taken away.
