Correct, both ways.

I have a question about this. I just contacted Neteller via live chat and asked if they had a conversion fee, and they said no. They said that THEY don't convert the currency--that they send it in dollars and the site that they are sending it to does the conversion. But I can SEE that I'm getting charged a fee someplace.

Do you have a URL to the page on Neteller that talks about this fee? I can't find anything....
