Sadly, I missed the part in the T&C that said they only transfer $2k maximum per week, and now I'm stuck waiting another 2 weeks to get my remaining funds out. (And I'm not even doing a full withdrawal, as I'm still playing there!) You want to talk about BS, that is one lousy way of handling customer's money. I really wish I had seen that in their T&C, it would have definitely influenced my decision to deposit so much there.
Did they waive the rollover requirement?
Cause I initiated a withdrawal twice and it's been rejected twice. Tom (site admin) said he'd help me get it waived. |
