I've started to venture into 7-Card Stud, and at $.50/$1, virtually every hand is raked. Every now and then a hand won't, but I've noticed that at this low limit, the players aren't very good; they play to the 7th card much of the time. Only problem with this is that you get suck-outs.

I'd tell you my exact clearance rate, but I have no idea if PT supports 7-Card Stud or if there is an equivalent (same for GT+). Anybody know?

Although it is hard to multi-table 7-Card Stud. Too many cards too watch, people's styles (especially without GT+), and its fairly fast paced.
