Sorry to bump an old thread...but is anyone elae still having issues with Unibet?

I sign-up and the bonus was supposed to not expire, so I played a bit from time to time in between better opportunities. Then I saw my bonus was expired? So, I emailed support and said basically WTF?

They reset my bonus with one month expiry 150Euro at 6x VIPs, paid in 3 lumps sums of 50Euro each. I passed 600+ VIPs and emailed them because the 1st installment was not added. Now I am past 700+ and they say I only have 509? I see them same amount of VIPs on both the website account and in the poker client.

I sent back some screenshots, but 36 hours later, no response.

Just interested if anyone else is having any issues still. Should the bonus credit automatically or do you have to claim it?
