B2B is a Swedish network. Most skins are also Swedish. (Martins, Bestpoker, Heypoker, Wasa etc...) Most other skins are from other European countries. Finland, Ireland, Russia etc... It's only normal that most traffic is on evening/night time European time.

Please note that Unibet have their own low limit tables.

If you're worried about not getting paid, don't have more than you need tied up at B2B. If you do that I don't think it's EV- to do these bonuses.
