I didn't even know there was an EU court of justice, though I daresay I've heard it mentioned. Where did I agree to submit to Maltese jurisdiction? I don't even know if Interwetten were in Malta when I signed up. The LGA are entirely non-responsive and are following no process whatsoever that I can see. I assume this would also constitute a Human Rights issue, as they are a legal body? What I've had in the back of my mind since this started is that Malta is in the EU and the EU has a justice system of some sort, for the protection of consumers within the EU, to which one could turn for help, including me. Any specifics beyond that...for the time being, pass. |
