| You seem to be confusing the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. When you signed up, you agreed to submit yourself to Maltese jurisdiction. You have to seek your rights in Malta, go to the Maltese Supreme Court, if necessary. It only becomes a human rights issue if the courts unduly delay the process, don't follow due process, etc. |
