I've been having issues with them since mid february as you know but i thought i would post again.

Long story short... I deposited and tried to withdraw the first portion of my bonus. I played a bit more and all of a sudden "my account was locked out of the system".

I phoned and emailed their support which was an absolute nightmare and was basically told over the phone that i am probably being investigated because i'm winning!

I was later sent an email saying that i was being investigated for chip dumping (fwiw i've played nothing but 1/2 full ring hold em there). I was asked to submit my documents which I did. I ran into some problems with this but got it sorted out eventually.

A few emails have been exchanged since then but still no progress although I was urged to be patient. I emailed them last night asking for a copy of the hand histories which are being investigated but no reply as yet.
