OK, stepping back down from my nitpicky grammar nazi soapbox now... It sucks that Unibet won't credit you with the extra VIP points but most sites in my experience have a clause (often buried deep in their T&Cs) about being able to change promotional terms any time they choose without having to inform customers first, so that will probably be their last resort if they haven't used it yet. Are you considering getting BW directly involved on your behalf?

We are currently getting a list of players together that are having issues at Unibet and hopefully get all issues resolved asap.
