Yes, absolutely. With the banking and financial sectors melting down more and more by the day, why on earth would they spend time (and cost) implementing a solution for UIGEA, especially if it would be all for cost and no revenue ? UIGEA will wither away and die, especially after the Dems take control of the White House in January.
