Thank you for the response. The bonus for which I was eligible *DID NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT CODE*. Even so, EuroBet support told me explicitly in the e-mails that the bonus was active in my account. Because of that information coming directly from your support regarding the validity of my bonus (a record of which exists in my Inbox and surely in your files) I accumulated over 6,000 in points by playing over 7,000 hands and generating well over $1,000 in rake. I would appreciate if Support took my messages seriously enough to read through them fully - I would rather not be reminded that I didn't use a deposit code for a bonus that had no code, or have EuroBet Support's direct words about the validity of my bonus be completely ignored.
