Please accept my sincere apologize for not coming to this section sooner and for any inconvenience we may have caused any of our members.

PookiePoodle, I personally would like to apologize for the problem with your welcome package. We are 100% sure the package was shipped and I have requested tracking # to our provider to find out what the problem was. Not sure if the fact your address on file is a P.O box but that could be the reason. Knowing that you did not get what we promised, we will resend on January 2nd and I will provide you with tracking #. I have your email so please expect an update on this issue by first week of January.

Bonehead, I feel bad you did not have a good experience and I'm glad you liked most of the items inside the welcome package.

Casper, could you please email me at laura@bingobilly.com? I would like to track your package and resend you a new one with a nice webcam inside instead of the t-shirt. I need your details.

We are a ery small site still, we're still trying to find more customers and I can tell you that start from scratch have not been easy AT ALL.

Dominique: You were such a GREAT affiliate and customer when I was the manager at SharkCasino/WelcometoourCasino. Maybe you don’t remember about me but I was behind fast payouts (customers and affiliates) and outstanding support at Shark. I never gave up trying to convince management to fix the BJ promotion problem that gave that casino group bad reputation for years. But I always fought for the players...my friends and now... It would be great if you give BingoBilly a change...Would be an honor to have you at least for one night as a test.

Casper: Sorry about the t-shirts. I take the blame for that! Please email me so I can have a better idea on the date you entered the ticket. I need to know who told you we are going to ship larger shirts because we are not. What we are doing is add other and better items (like the Billy webcams) to our loyalty program and people will be able to exchange points they will make when they deposit for good and high quality gifts. Please accept my sincere apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please email me any question about Bingo Billy…What are our plans what are we offering new etc or even your doubts about the site.

I always open to discuss and explain things to our members.
