Hello Robin520,

I have never promoted Bingo Billy because they have tried create ficticious accounts on my forum and spam my users -- so I don't personally have any experience with them and haven't fielded any direct complaints yet.

You can also ask about them and their partners at http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/ and http://www.gpwa.net/forum/ and see what experience other webmasters like myself have had with them and of course most of us won't promote irreputable sites.
You can also post your concerns on my forum although bingo billy probably won't be able to reply since they are banned.
