I gree with your staements that we give up that right when we sign up knowing what the rules are yes we give them the right but we also have the right to take that right back and demand change.The key is to make peole awarethat they are infact giving up their rights then they have been warned.

This quote I do not agree with when it pertains to land buisnesses I sign no contract to give up any rights when I walk into a buisness and I have ever right to expect they will conduct themselves to every law in which country they are governed.Those rights can never be taken away even if printed in big red letters and hanging all over the store.
