I just got an e-mail that 49ers Casino is merging with Omni Casino. 49ers was a low profile casino in the Peak Entertainment group, the manager tried arious promotions this year to generate more traffic, but it appears that his efforts have not worked.

If you have an account at 49ers, you should have received an e-mail about withdrawing your balance, and opening a new account at Omni if you haven't got one already.
