Thank you for the welcome. Yes, I agree. That is how monopolizers work, buying off the politicians.

I just wonder *how* the states would enforce this if they wanted to. Have the ISPs be the point of enforcement? That would open up a pandora's box of problems and ethical considerations. (Not that the states care!)

I highly doubt that online casinos negatively effect the land-based casinos at all but rather that many onliners would likely also isit land-based ones too. Only my opinion.
