When you're playing on B2B sites that are set for euros and you're depositing from a USD neteller account how does it all work? I get that $750 USD is about 600 euros but which points do you get hit with conversion fees if any and are there good ways to minmize the number of fees incurred?

I think that B2B takes a small fee from conversion, 750$/600€ = 1.24$/1€
Just when you deposit make sure that you choose to deposit in $, otherwise Neteller charges you conversion fee.

Thats really wierd Godlike. But I´m sure you get your money back B2B is huge network and 24Hpoker arranges all the transactions.
