If I recall correctly I believe the DOJ conceded in the Casino City case that advertisers would only be aiding and abetting IF the advertiser were directly associated with the casino.

This type of political rhetoric and a recent email bethug posted here attempt to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Its the kind of BS that really makes some ashamed to be American.
