So my next question is: What sites aren't publicly traded? I know Poker Stars isn't. I think Bodog, WSEX, Ultimate Bet and Full Tilt aren't. Just read Pokerroom(Hollywood) is. Dont know how many Primas are.

Next task for someone: A list of non-publicly traded stocks involving Online Poker.

I think it's actually more relevant to name the ones that are publically traded, since most aren't.
