Hardrock recently ditched a whole batch of "undesirable" customers from promo-eligibility in one fell swoop.

They then rewrote all their promos in such a way that all those undesirable customers they ditched wouldn't touch their promos with a bargepole, and as such ditching them was a total waste of time.

Re-write the promos and keep the undesirables. Or leave the promos and ditch the undesitrables. But not both.
