I have not played there, but I have played at 5 other casinos run by Tecnologia JPR. (You can recognize them by the bonus offer of $25 for $24.95 deposit.)
The good points:
They all paid me (eventually -- as of last weekend).
Credit backs were ery prompt.
They have generous cashback comps (seems to be about 1% of action at blackjack, but there are no rules posted, and I couldn't perfectly correlate the cashback with my betting.)
The bad:
Checks take about 6+ weeks to arrive (2 weeks in mail, the rest "processing").
You can't play for free to test the games (minimum BJ bet = $5).
The blackjack rules are abysmal-- no splits allowed. Surrender is allowed. Other rules (like what happens to doubled bets s. blackjack) are not stated, and I didn't play long enough to figure it out the hard way.
Of course the big selling point for PlayBig is the offer of a 20% deposit bonus for the blackjack game, which could overcome a _lot_ of poor rules. I never saw anything in my brief isits to the other casinos that seemed unfair, but the isits were _very_ brief, about 50 hands of BJ total for all 5 sites.
