Hi Dov...wow...didn't know about 'your Turn' Forum. I had better check it out and post accordingly.
Please know though Do that at no time have I ever underestimated your effort or the role that gambling.com fulfills. In fact I refered James to you as I knew you were tenacious in trying to solve these issues.
Personally, you have always been most sensitive and attentive.....much appreciative! Suffice to say I think they have the best guy on the job.

(James.....my old post here may be too far back...it's what brought me here. I will probably go to 'My Turn' and post there. Suffice to say I rec'd an extraordinary bonus email from GP...knew it was wrong so I called to clarify....initial call I was told it was right..then second call told there was a 'typo' "correction to be sent". In the meantime I spent my money after the first call and rec'd much less than expected. I was new to GP and not familiar with them...nor the games they play to make money. GP simply responded that I "misunderstood". Done. (Please note: I understand everything!!!!!!!)
