Steve, I agree with you. I own a internet Bingo site, and if I were to sell it, it would be for the profit, not because of the Kyl Bill.
The Kyl Bill only effects US companys doing gaming. My brief input is that it will be unenforceable. Beside the fact that this bill was first introduced in 1996, and has yet to make it ery far. You have to understand the whole process to pass a bill. As far as I and my attorney is concern, they just submit this as a scare tactic for the public.
For such enities like myself, whom are not a US corporation, and our company has no ties with any US company, the US has no rights over us. Now they can do what they want, but it will never hold up in the highest court.
