Okay April...good ideas. We will work on those also...including not making false statements. The payout percentages are not calculated on some sites, the way we perceive they should be. Just like when they list total payouts for the month...crossing lines of "dishonesty". We want all of this cleared up also. So, I will take note. And you are absolutely right about the customer service. We will overlook some human error, some occasional lapsed time frames...we are like anyone else...just be HONEST. Players don't hang with a casino because their bonus came in ONE hour rather than needing 24 hours. They hang with them for clearly stating they are busy and may need 24 hours. And keeping in touch re payouts, etc. If a casino (and NONE should)..need TWO MONTHS to send your dang check...they should at least keep in contact with you and let you know they aren't really screwing you. I don't know about you guys, but I tend to hit the "panic button" when weeks go by with no replies to emails, or the service is lame and doesn't answer your questions. So, all good issues and WE WILL address them all and try to get a unified code of conduct they are ALL expected to follow. Thanks a bunch! Need more, guys???

And BSteve, thanks as we will need owners input also. We plan to work with both and give this gaming thing a new perspective...a simulated feeling of honesty and fairness. Whoa! Thanks guys!
