VEGAS PALACE -- The Flush Was Not So Royal
Sam had no problems at Vegas Palace -- as long as he was losing. Then he hit a Royal Flush and tried to cash in his $9770. His account was immediately closed.
"In a telephone conversation, Victor, Customer Service manager, erified my credit card and mailing address. He said the money would be paid the next week, which was the first week in April. I talked to Victor several times in April and he always said not to worry, the money would arrive shortly. To this date I have not received any of the money I won. They are not paying even the $1500 winnings that should go back against the credit card," he wrote.
"This is not a complicated issue. We are not talking about casino policy, crooked games, or bad odds. This is simply a matter of the Vegas Palace not paying players when they win."
It was our unhappy task to tell Sam that we can't help him. We don't even bother writing to Vegas Palace anymore because they simply ignore the letters. On one point, however, we disagree with him -- this IS a matter of casino policy, and their policy seems to be to ignore winners.
VEGAS PALACE -- No Money Sent
Ng has joined the list of people with complaints about Vegas Palace, and his complaint is a familiar one: They never sent him his money and then they ignored his e-mail.
He was already owed $200 by them, he said, and "I have recently made another withdrawal of $620.00. They told me that I have to fill out a withdrawal form, and I did as told, but they never replied me again."
Ng, there are a few casinos (fortunately, a ery few) who make it a habit to ignore letters -- both from customers and from Gambling Grumbles. I'm sorry, but we did not send your complaint to them. It is not that we didn't want to, it is just that our experience has taught us that there is no point.
VEGAS PALACE -- Paying in Installments (Nothing Per Week)
Si was doing well at the Vegas Palace Sportsbook. So well, he said, that they closed his account.
"When I called them they said they have to closed my account because I'm winning and they say they will send me the money. Three weeks went by and I didn't receive anything from them. I called them back and they say they will pay me $1,500 a week until they finish the debt. (They owned me $14,400) and I told them it's fine. Another 2 months went by and I still haven't received a penny from them.
"They say I can only contact with the account department by e-mail, but I send and send a lot of email to them with no response."
You are not the only one who can not get a response from Vegas Palace, Si. They don't answer the letters we send them either -- not in your case, and not in the one below.
VEGAS PALACE -- "You Blabbed. We Won't Pay!"
Congresses may allow free speech, but apparently the same is not true with Palaces.
Margarita wrote to us saying that she had gambled at Vegas Palace Casino, won, and was advised that she could not collect because she had not met their new rules.
She posted a complaint about that at another website, and found herself personna non grata at the Palace.
"When I pointed out that I met the new rules to them, they didn't want to talk about that and pointed to my posting as the reason for not paying up," she said.
Gambling Grumbles asked Vegas Palace about this, but they did not answer.
