Just read the note from Dee!!! In fine form, and as is the way any issue addressed to the Sunny Group is handled,they've responded and I think quite fairly acknowledged the site ownership could be evidenced differently.
Besides the casinoforum site....the response here by Sunny Group is the perfect example of the service etc that is available to any isitor to their casinos. This is my continued personal experience!!!! I've always said that their customer service is #1 on the net and I stand behind it.
Obviously GP is the extreme at the other end but we all know and have had headaches working with casinos on arious issues....whether it be bonus credits, cashins etc. The lack of responsiveness is usually the main gripe.
They, the 'other' casinos, could all learn something here from Sunny Group....and it's so easy do. Just listen to their patrons.
