As one of the complainants on the original posting-I think a couple of points could be made.

Melissa- It is obvious your experiences have been great but accept the fact from what has been written that the service has been inconsistent and good service hasn't been the case for all of us.

A meaningless customer service response is NOT good customer service-a trend through the original posting is customer service replies that "put the complaint or query on hold" but were incorrect or misleading.

On the Plus side
it is good that they monitor and respond here but it is unfortunate that for more than a few of us it took postings on this board to get the response required.

Also on the plus side.My off the board email and call from Kobus indicates they may have learned from the mistakes and are investigating the "how it happened"- which is what should happen in any customer service group and kudos to them if they do. If this happens I will probably play there again (something I usually wont do after negative experiences).

Given the email I received today indicating a possible move to direct ATM processing and the fact that they are investigating and responding to the board indicates the board and where necessary the negative posts are a worthwhile medium- hopefully other casinos will follow suit rather than burying there heads in the palatial golden sands that surround them (hmmm who could I be thinking of!)

Enough said!
