From part of the help on the site:
Simply click the red-die icon on your desktop and you will see our Login screen. If you can not see the red-die icon, go to the start menu at the bottom left corner. Choose "Programs" => "CasinoOnNet" => "Casino".
Also, Ecash by Intersafe Global seems to always indicate CasinoOnNet.
