"but because of more important projects that came up, had to put that on the back burner (so to speak). As I have said countless times before, my site is only ran as a hobby, and I therefore do not have the resources to get everything done overnight."

Being new here, I didn't know any of this but IMO it hardly matters. I think it is better to have no info than bad info, on this we seem to disagree.

"You probably haven't read all that many books on the topic, or you would know that 95% of gambling related books could be classified as "System Sellers". At any rate, I updated the book store link so it doesn't really matter now anyway. I will try to find time to add a new strategy chart for BlackJack tomorrow, and again, if you are the expert you think you are, then by all means write something up and I will be more than happy to post it and give you full credit."

First of all, let me say I didn't even realize your recommended list included books for all games combined. I had clicked on from the blackjack section and was amazed not one single respected bj author was listed. I really don't want to comment too much about other games, let me just say that any book which incorporates the terms winning with craps or roulette is not worth the paper it is printed on.

As to the bj material there, I have to once again affirm that there is nothing there of any significant alue, and certainly nothing I would recommend. This is clearly a case of information hurting prospective readers because the material is filled with false claims. "WINNING CASINO BLACKJACK FOR THE NON-COUNTER" by Avery Cardoza? You recommend this? Winning in the long run at bj(short of cheating) without counting is impossible. No betting scheme or stop loss/win will turn a negative e game positive, this is what you should be telling people, not fuelling their hope of a magic system which will win them fortunes. By recommending such garbage, you are perpretrating lies which lead to many ruined lives through addiction. I simply can't watch this and do nothing so I posted my opinion of the info on your site. Sorry if it was a little harsh but IMO it was deserved.

"P.S. You didn't see a single book you could recommend.....that's a fairly generic statement. Care to follow it up by actually recommending a book and telling us why it is better than others? It would probably be off topic here, but I would be ery interested to see it in Jokers Wild or Casino Billboard."

I will do just that and even more. I will recommend a few which are not only accurate but made with integrity rather than simply being a means to a quick buck(for the writer that is). Following your recommendation, I was going to post this in the Jokers Wild section but now feel the "Playing Strategies" board would be more appropriate. I'll try to post within a few days. For any of you wanting to review a thorough bj list, isit http://bj21.com/ and click on "online catalog" at the top left. Notice that they do offer books on negative e games but they do not pretend that you can actually beat these games. I also second James' recommendation for Conjelco. I just went over there and it is nothing but quality books in their bj section. Another site I recommend is http://www.rge21.com/main/index4.htm
This is Arnold Snyder's site, it is also excellent.

I will try to add links to arious bj sites I recommend in my Playing Strategies post, I'm sure you will be able to find more than enough info there to update your site when you get the time. I can't say I have any interest in writing a piece on the topic, I don't think I could add anything to what's out there. I am not an expert, just an advantage player who tries to look out for newbies. As I stated previously, my opinion is that if you don't have accurate info then don't post anything at all. The info contained in yout "tips and strategies" section can only do harm to a prospective player. I've since realized it is from BossMedia's New York casino, it is a tragedy they choose to post such erroneous crap on their site. If they aren't going to give the appropriate strategy, no mention of any strategy should be posted on their site. That is ery unethical behavior on their part (assuming they actually know what they're doing).

Let me just concluded by stating that this wasn't meant as a critique of Jerry although, I'll aknowledge it may have appeared that way. I do not know Jerry and in my short time isiting these pages have found him friendly and knowledgeable in his posts which is why I was surprised(disapointed?) by the info on his much referenced site.

Hope this clarifies my position.
