Thanks for all the help. I emailed the casino twice. The second time here is what they wrote back: ~~ We are currently experiencing a backlog due to unexpectedly high olumes received this week. Your email will be replied to within 4 days. We wish to thank you for your patience and patronage. We are taking steps to handle the olume
and hope that you rest assured that future support or promotion queries will be
responded to within 24 hours.~~ EGADS! FOUR DAYS! And in the future 24 hours. First of all they are ASSUMING I have patience. If someone compares this to other casinos, it is not good. I have gotten an automatic reply within minutes from some casinos acknowledging they received my email with a reference number and then gotten a reply back with in a couple hours or less after that. Not good. What if I had a real concern about payouts?
Oh, by the way, I figured how to minimize the casino, went to menu and then help. It has to be minimized to go to their help page.
