How does the coversion rate work at B2B? Does it stay the same all the time? Does it flucuate with the Euro / Dollar conversion rates?

The reason I ask is that this thread says you get 600E for $780. 780 is 130% of 600.
I deposited at my 1st B2B site a week ago and got a 126.5% conversion, not 130%.

Also do you get the same conversion rate when you cash out?
