I can't complain about these guys. I deposited $1000 on Sunday thru the casino software. Didn't show up for about 20 mins so I called customer services in Malta. Spoke to a helpful guy called Gweedo (don't know how you spell his name, but that's how it sounds phonetically). As promised, he called back within 20 mins, told me my deposit was ready to play, and that my bonus would be credited Monday, which it was. He told me I only needed to make wagers equal to the bonus before cashing out everything. However, between Sunday and Tuesday I played 11 sessions of blackjack, two hands at a time. Using basic strategy and a win progression of between 5 and 25 dollars, I racked up just under $1700 action, cashing out just over $2000 on Tuesday. Today (Thursday) I received my cheque for $1000 plus winnings. The cheques are mailed from the UK, which is where I live, so that's why I got it so quickly. But it's great to see that unlike some casinos who wait for weeks after your cashout before sending anything, these guys are onto it the same day. As far as I can see, anyone who loses big time with these guys shouldn't be gambling in the first place.
