That loss amount isn't suprising, you could have easily lost double that amount or even three times that amount if you were unlucky.

DeanBeith says he was going for the 50% bonus, which applies to a deposit of 1000$ maximum. To lose 2700$ he obviously deposited (and wagered) much more than was required.
What I mean is it seems to me that DeanBeith's gambling behavior in itself explains about 95% of his net loss.
It makes a ery weak case to build an argument on, in my opinion.
