I do sympathise with your plight, Dean. For several days I was pretty frantic because of no answer to my emails with one being returned even though they were sent to the address ia their site. The $1000US is actually about $2200NZ so it's a lot of money to me, and their "don't care" arrogance is in keeping with their stupidity in offering such a generous promo...hope they lost millions on it, because it sems like a lot of people won easy money. You must have just struck it during a bad patch.
Over a week later I still have no word from them, but fortunately, for some reason I don't think the deposit went through even though I have a deposit reference number and it said it had!!
